- Individuals seeking employment or engagement ("Candidates"); and
- Businesses or organisations seeking staff ("Clients").
By using our website, submitting a CV, registering with us, or instructing us to assist with recruitment, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any written agreements we put in place with you. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time you use our services will apply.

- Provide information that is true, accurate and not misleading, including your CV and any supporting documents.
- Tell us promptly about any changes to your contact details, work history, right‑to‑work status or other relevant information.
- Only submit information and documents that you are entitled to share with us.
- Act honestly and professionally in all dealings with us and with any Client we introduce you to.
- Provide clear and accurate information about the role, including duties, location, working hours, remuneration and required qualifications or experience.
- Tell us promptly about any changes to the role or your requirements.
- Comply with all applicable employment, equality, data protection and health & safety laws when dealing with Candidates.
- Not unlawfully discriminate against Candidates on the basis of any protected characteristic.
You are responsible for ensuring that any role you accept meets your own requirements, including in relation to salary, benefits, working hours, location and any professional or personal restrictions.
You remain responsible for making your own decisions about the suitability of any Candidate, carrying out your own checks (including references, right‑to‑work checks, and any background screening required for the role) and issuing any contract or offer of employment or engagement.
Service Usage
Our role
We act as an employment agency and/or employment business (as defined in UK legislation) when introducing Candidates to Clients for permanent, temporary, contract or interim roles.
We do not guarantee that we will find a suitable role for every Candidate, or that we will find a suitable Candidate for every Client requirement. We may decline to provide services where we reasonably consider it appropriate to do so.
No employment relationship with us
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, Candidates are not employed by All Solutions Recruitment Ltd. Any contract of employment or engagement is between the Candidate and the relevant Client or umbrella company, and not with us.
Use of the website
When using our website, you agree that you will not:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable or overburden it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
- Upload or transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.
We may suspend or restrict access to the website, or remove content, where we reasonably consider it necessary to protect our business, users or systems.

- Any act or omission of a Candidate, Client or third party; or
- Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive loss, or loss of profit, business, data or goodwill.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.
