Candidate Questions

How do I register as a candidate?

You can apply for any live role on our website, complete our online candidate application form, or contact our team directly. We may ask you to provide your CV and some basic details about your experience and what you are looking for.

What information do I need to provide?

Typically we’ll need your CV, contact details, work history, relevant qualifications, right-to-work documentation and details of the type of role you are interested in. For some roles additional checks may be required.

Will you put me forward for any job?

We will only put you forward for roles that appear to match your skills, experience and preferences. We’ll always discuss suitable opportunities with you before submitting your details to a client.

Can you help with CV advice and interview preparation?

Yes. Our consultants can offer general guidance on presenting your CV and preparing for interviews. Where time allows, we’ll also discuss the specific role and client so you feel ready and informed.

What types of roles do you offer?

We support a mix of temporary, contract, interim and permanent positions. The type of role will always be made clear in the job description.

How will I be paid for temporary or contract work?

Payment arrangements depend on the assignment and will be explained to you before you start. You’ll receive information about pay rates, pay frequency, timesheets and any umbrella/agency payroll arrangements where relevant.

Employer Questions

How do I brief you on a vacancy?

You can call or email our team with your vacancy details, or submit an enquiry via our website. We’ll discuss the role with you to understand the responsibilities, required skills, salary, location and timescales.

What is your fee structure?

Our fees depend on the type and level of hire (temporary, contract or permanent) and will be agreed with you in advance. We’ll confirm our terms of business before we start working on any role.

How do you source and screen candidates?

We use a combination of our existing candidate network, job boards, referrals and targeted search. Candidates are screened against your requirements and, where appropriate, interviewed before being shortlisted to you.

How quickly can you provide candidates?

Timescales vary depending on the role, skill set and market conditions. For some temporary or more common roles we may be able to provide suitable candidates very quickly. For more specialist positions, we’ll agree realistic timelines with you at the outset.

Can you help with temporary or interim cover?

Yes. We can support short-term temporary cover, longer-term contracts and interim assignments, depending on your needs.

Do you assist with compliance and right-to-work checks?

Yes. We work with you to ensure appropriate checks are carried out in line with UK employment and right-to-work legislation. We’ll explain clearly which checks we undertake and which remain your responsibility.
